EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS FOR WARRANTY
All warranty claims must be filled within the applicable warranty period & after activation of the product warranty.
The manufacturer’s Product Warranties are subject to the following:
- Misuse, abuse, neglect or accident
- Alteration, Improper Installation
- Not abiding by Genx’s Installation and Maintenance instructions
- Power failure surges, lightning, flood, fire, accidental breakage, or other events outside
of Genx’s control. - Warranty claims will not be honored if the type or serial number of the product has been altered, removed, or made illegible.
- Warranty claims will not be honored if the product activation is not active.
Warranty claim process
- Disconnect all AC and DC input/output from the device.
- If there is a fire/emergency, contact 911 and do the needful.
- Take pictures/videos of the area concerned.
- Picture of the serial number
- Video of the device with an error
- codes and serial numbers
- After contacting our technical help line, provide all the information requested.
- Provide the installer license
